We were told 2 days before arrival that it was broken, so I asked for a full refund so that we can rebook somewhere else (there were a few options still available). Unfortunately our contract said no refunds for a broken hot tub, so we weren't able to rebook. Disappointing to say the least, the main attraction of the house was inoperable - would have never booked the house without a hot tub, its a completely different listing at that point, not minor. ##### tom m. Although it's not quite a ski-in/ski-out, it was a good fit for me and my friends spending a long weekend skiing. The walk to and from the slopes is not insignificant, but doable. There are actually more beds than are listed. There's a king bed, queen bed, TWO rooms with TWO twin beds apiece, a loft with mattresses in one of the twin bedrooms, a day bed plus a trundle underneath, and a pull-out couch in a back office area.
