"Great apartment with wonderful sea views. Everything that we needed for a great holiday. Communication with Ann was easy with immediate replies. Location was excellent with tram stop outside where you can buy tickets. Lots of bars, restaurants, shops all within easy walking distance. Some nice touches like binoculars to view the many shipsat night. Record player and records, books, games etc. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Oostende."

We had everything within the apartment that we needed for our 2 nights of stay - comfortable beds, kitchen appliances/utensils (no conventional oven), storage. "We enjoyed the area and accommodations. Having the hot tub and sauna were a nice bonus. Short drive to train station where you can park your car and ride the bus into Bruges center. Host was nice and responsive. It would be helpful to have an instruction manual for the apartment detailing what to do with trash/recycling and where towels are located. There was also a small amount of hand soap and toilet paper. Not sure if this is regular practice or not."

"Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, der Strand nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es gab ein paar "Schwächen", aber weil alles insgesamt echt top war, keine Abzüge: es gibt kein WLAN-Passwort und der Tiefgaragenplatz ist nicht groß genug für einen Bus, was in unserem Fall bedeutete, im nächsten Ort zu parken. Die Treppe zum Fahrradkeller ist so eng und steil, dass wir diesen nicht genutzt haben und die Räder auf der Straße abgestellt haben."

"The host Christiane made us very welcome, suggesting several interesting local events. She went out of her way to find us a local vet for our dogs checkup prior to our return home. The ground floor apartment was ideal, warm and comfortable in a perfect location not only for the beautiful coast and beaches (10 mins walk) but also for the city of Brugge (25 mins drive), so much to see and do in this fascinating area. The children (12 years old) were very happy with the sporting field behind our holiday home (basketball, football, tennis, tabletennis and jeu de boules). "We had a trouble and it was nightmare to find the location GPS took us to a surreal haunted place where the building could not match the description of the building what we booked. It was 8 pm and when I tried to call at the number it said, it is not in use. although time to contact these people was until 10pm. A local tourist helped us to find the way out. Flat and property was overall clean but too much hassle to find it."

"Great hotel in the heart of the town. The parking was easy, in the back. The grounds are beautiful. Attentive staff. The rooms was clean and ample. Nice bathroom (only issue is you cannot get the towel easily from the wall in shower). Excellent breakfast!"
