The team at the reception were very friendly and helpful. It is a good base (about 30 mins) to visit the Izumi Crane Observatory.

Wing International Izumi is a simple Japanese-style hotel directly across a small plaza from the Izumi train station. The rooms are simple, but larger than most Japanese hotel rooms, and the breakfast is excellent. There is a good restaurant on the premises. My wife and I stayed here when visiting the famous Crane Observatory in the outskirts of Izumi. Our only complaint is that the rooms are only cleaned every third day, but that is getting to be a common practice now.

Room was steaming hot (as most rooms, trains, restaurants, everywheres are in Japan) and would not cool so we had to open the window which meant listening to the trains and the accompanying announcements all night. Nice little underground parking lot amd easy access to the town on foot - or train station if you travel that way.

何回か泊まったけど今回は部屋が良かったです。 ホテルの部屋もいいけど、初めて入ったホテルにある居酒屋の角煮がめちゃ美味しかった 墓参りに行って次は叔母と一緒に食事したいです。 私は健康のうちには墓参りしようって思っています。

サイクリングで滞在しました。 部屋は、ダブルの喫煙でしたが、タバコの臭いもなくてとても快適でした。 何よりスタッフがとても親切で、丁寧でした。　朝食つきでした。朝ごはんもとても美味しく満足でした。 ウェルカムドリンクなどもありがたかったです。また、利用したいです。 ありがとうございました。

出水駅の目の前という好立地で、アクセスがとても便利です。 冬場はヒーターや湯たんぽなどの暖房器具を貸し出してくれるサービスもありました。 また、部屋に備え付けのシャンプーとは別に、様々なメーカーのものを試せる「シャンプーバー」のような仕組みがあって、とても面白い取り組みだと思います。

Cet hotel est a coté de la gare. Le personnel est ok. Les chambres sont etouffantes ... Au moins en cette saison on peu ouvrir les fenetres. Il y avait des insectes, ce qui peut deranger. L'hotel aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement et d'une renovation du système de ventilation.
