Rural house located in the heart of the Natural Park of the Sierras Subbeticas.

  • Casa Ava has 3 floors. The common areas are located on the ground floor: the entryway, living room, kitchen, and dining room. For a total of 12 people, there are 3 double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, on the middle floor, and the attic floor features a giant family bedroom that sleeps 6 people, also with its own bathroom. We can provide cots and high chairs for the little ones.
    It features a beautiful pool... measuring 5x10, with a spacious barbecue area and outdoor dining area to enjoy summer evenings. The pool is surrounded by a safety fence, ideal for families with small children.

    Just a 10-minute walk away, discover one of the most stunning natural spots in the Subbética region of Córdoba. The Río de la Hoz offers a landscape of great beauty, where the calm waters meander among impressive rock formations, creating the perfect setting to unwind and connect with nature. Its trails offer spectacular panoramic views,
