The staff were great. The location is a short walk to the museum, shops, and port. I hope to stay at Variante again soon. One thing: if you are arriving from the metro (Konak Station) you will walk up very steep hills to get to the hotel. Beautiful setting, building, view, plus a big communal balcony (breakfast was amazinggg) with KITTEN! (๑♡⌓♡๑)(｡♡‿♡｡)(✿ ♡‿♡) All employees I met were so friendly and helpful! Clean rooms, comfortable bed, and EXCELLENT water pressure! Nice simple clean bathroom, fun tile and good shower drain. Only discomfort was that I had to bought my own pillow bc I needed something smaller than what was there. Windows rattled on a windy night so I wedged some socks in there np! It's an old restored building, super lovely and interesting! I would move in in a jiffy!
