Hotel was not as advertised. It look liked it hasn’t been updated since the 80’s. Felt very ran down. But then again you get what you pay for

Very close to where we needed to go ie motorcycle shops. Hotel staff very nice and helpful also good breakfast and price. Room nice and clean. Booked again.

I'd up the star rating at least a half.
I arrived very late and I had a 'helpful' (but not really after he tried to jump in a taxi with me) person call the hotel before I got there and the staff gave him the short shirk so I think they can read people over the phone. Frankly speaking, if the room was recently wall papered (there was some peeling behind the radiator but I saw no mould) and given a polished finish on the ceiling plaster and some carpet I could not tell the difference between it and a 5 star I have stayed in out of Istanbul, with the bonus that the room I had, had a balcony. The bathroom, however, is older and it is obvious yet it was not dirty or disgusting and everything functioned. I thought the breakfast adequate and I have been previously spoiled by some very good Turkish breakfasts so that is probably not going to make a difference if it is your first Turkish breakfast or wish to save your appetite for other restaurants later in the day. The staff made me feel welcome and gave me a concierge service which was nice.

Nice hotel,good location
I was so pleased of staying here for two nights.Hotel staff was extremely friendly.And the hotel is in a very good location.There are a lot of nice bars and cafes around the hotel.

Would prefer another hotel.
Hotel is ok. 1st day internet was not working, hotel staff had no idea how to fix it. It took them 2 hours to fix the situation. Rooms are ok. Bathroom was not good, shower curtains were broken. Overall, not happy with my stay in the hotel.

Staff were Brilliant
The rooms were clean and tidy but the shower room would benefit from a little updating. The staff were friendly and helpful: nothing was too much trouble. We only had a one night stay but we were made to feel very welcome.

Zu weit weg vom Zentrum, Klima war nicht die neuste.. unten in der Lobby gibt es keine Klima wenn man um 13 Uhr das Zimmer verlassen muss un in der Lobby auf seinen Flug wartet bei 35 grad hitze

Fotoğraflarda otel daha yeni duruyor. Mesela ben seçtiğim odanın fotoğrafına göre rezervasyon yaptım fakat bana verilen oda daha standart bir odaydı ve fotoğraftakiyle pek alakası yok. Yeri güzel kolay ulaşılabilir. Kendine ait otoparkı var . Kahvaltısı açık büfe fena sayılmaz . Fotoğrafları bence tüm odaları çekerek koymak lazım.

Cok keyifli bir konaklamaydi. Otel personelleri guler yuzlu ve yardimsever insanlar. Oda ise konforlu ve temizdi. Otel konumunun merkezi olmasi da ayri bir avantaj. Tesekkur ederiz.

Leider entsprachen die Hotelbilder nicht der Realität. Das Zimmer war sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht,der Fernseher ging nicht an, die Dusche sehr veraltet und Probleme mit warmem Wasser. Obwohl jeden zweiten Tag eine Putzdame die Zimmer reinigte, war unser Zimmer keineswegs sauber. Das Frühstück war geschmacklich ok, jedoch nicht zu vergleichen mit anderen Hotels. Sehr wenig Auswahl und im Grunde nichts Warmes außer TEE. Das wahrscheinlich einzig gute an dem Hotel war die Lage.

otele girdiğimizde güleryüzle karşılandık ancak verilen oda rutubetliydi odamızı değiştirmek istediğimizde bize daha temiz bir oda sağlandı odalarda çöp kutusu yok banyo malzemeleri yetersiz kahvaltı 5 gün boyunca aynıydı hergün sigara böreği ve börek simit yemekten sıkılıp dışarıda kahvaltı ettik. Camlardaki tüller yırtık pis ... ayrıca odanın anahtarını çıkarken bırakmamızı istiyorlar neden diye sorduğumzda kaybedersiniz gibi bir açıklama yapıldı hoş değildi. fiyat fayda karşılaştrıması yaptığımda bu otele bu ücret fazla geldi bana civarda cüzi bir farkla kalınacak çok çok daha iyi oteller oldğnu gördük bir daha tercih etmem

Hotelet er godt belligende og personalet imødekommende. Man får hvad man betaler for :o) Sengen er ikke helt så komfortabel, men OK. Og så larmer deres køleskabe en hel del.

Det første værelse jeg fik var ikke ordentlig gjort rent og meget slidt med afskallet maling, men personalet var dog super søde og hjælpsomme og gav mig et andet der var rent og pænt. Der er ikke Terresse som der står - det er blot restauranten på øverste etage - men man kan ikke sidde ude. Fint til prisen men super kedelig morgenmad og lidt kedeligt område.

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en het ontbijt is in orde. Maar helaas zijn de kamers beneden de maat. Alles erg verouderd, maar nog erger vind ik dat de kamer niet heel schoon was. Op de dag van vertrek ontdekte ik dat er bijvoorbeeld nog afval (van de vorige gasten?) in het prullenbakje zat en dat ook in de lades van het nachtkastje nog vuil lag, zoals een oud borrelnootje. Stof op de plinten, vlek op de vloer. In de gang stond een hele dag een dienblad vol rommel en vuile vaat (lege kopjes thee, etc) , dat oogt ook niet echt gezellig. Van een 3-sterren hotel had ik meer verwacht, jammer!

Någerlunda centralt om man gillar att promenera
Vi bodde sju nätter på detta hotell. Andra dagen hade de bäddat och vi fått nya handdukar. Sen hände ingenting! Tur att vi hade en olåst skrubb där vi själva kunde plocka tex toalettpapper. Rummet hade ingen papperskorg vilket gjorde att vi själva fick ta plastpåsar efter det att vi handlat "på stan". Frukosten var kanske typisk Turkisk men i våra ögon alltför klen. Bröd, smör, små ostbitar, oliver, tomat, ägg, gurka, sylt, te och söt saft.
