Over all it is accepted for such a value of money, the reception guys are very helpful and kind, the location is great. The chaquizy tube is not working Two things that I didnt like in this hotele are 1- its very noisy, because its in the heart of the city center 2- The staff of the breakfast restueant are not freindly and not helpful at all. So tue hotel admenistration has to talk to them to be more cooperative with guists.

Excellent value, quality and location, but noisy.
We had to find a hotel close to the station after our train was cancelled. This was a perfect location. Room is excellent, but very, very noisy. Noise and vibration from the underground trains well into the early hours, massive traffic noise and calls to prayer all contributed to a lack of sleep. Breakfast was at 7am but we had to leave earlier to get the train so cannot comment. Restaurant next door not bad, but little more than a basic kebab/fast food place. Helpful and polite staff in the hotel, a lovely room, great value for money but I would not stay there again because of the noise issue.

For the price a good place to stay
A nice week away the room was big shower was great hot tub was not working but did not use it anyway great balcony breakfast was local food but if you ask for omelettes or soup it was not a problem. The hotel was having a refit but still no great problem staff were very helpful

Smoked rooms, noisy, wifi-less.
1. Rooms are NOT non-smoking . Every room has an ashtray, and reeks of heavy past smoking. 2. Breakfast is sparse during the week. There was no milk or creamer for example, and the attendants were not willing to find me some. 3. Most rooms look over a busy street. It’s just very noisy. 4. There’s only 1 wifi router per floor (or per 2 floors). Depending on your room, you may not get any reception at all. I switched rooms, and still has issues. 5. The staff is nice and are willing to accommodate you as much as they can. They can’t magically remove smoke residue from rooms however.

I loved the Hamam! I also liked the breakfast location and view. I selected this hotel because of the pictures but the images did not match reality. - they said that the staff spoke English. That was iffy -the thing that bothered me the most was that there was dog or cat poop on the stairs and it took them 4 days to clean it up. Maybe the first time they did not understand me. But the second day i showed a staff member but it was still there the next day... i really dont know why... The room was ok... the shower was not great... and did not always get hot. The sheets were nice and cleaned daily. The air conditioner did work well. It was not expensive so... maybe it was ok for the money.... Location was close to all I wanted...

It was a pleasant stay, some of the people at the reception, I believe could be because of a lack of English language skills seemed rude. Close to quite a lot of interesting places to eat with a very reasonably priced restaurant connected to the property.

The hotel is good with good location. Staff are abit rude as they dont help when you ask e.g. asked at counter for iron and lady was rude and angry that i disturbed her. Breakfast time asked for scrambled egg and she frowned. But overall the hotel is good.

This property is only two minutes walk from basmane train station, surrounded by restaurants, and tours companies. Very convenient to travel around different places. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

Great breakfast, clean room but bad wifi and spa.
Generally liked the hotel - even extended my stay - but, WiFi was very weak, sometimes worked, sometimes didn't, every day the room card had to be renewed at the reception and the "spa"/sauna experience was a bit weird (spa staff ate their lunch in the public area, and i'd generally prefer to be left alone while visiting the sauna). BUT: Hotel staff was friendly, breakfast was great.

Reviwe of Grand Corner hotel in Izmir
I stayed for 9 nights. The staff did not talk English and could not answer our questions properly. I had cup bought from San Francisco. The staff thought it was for the hotel and took it out of our room and finally lost it! The area was very very crowded. There was no sound isolated window and we suffered all the nights. Also air conditioner smelled !! Also there were cockroaches in the bathroom!!
