As records informs; during check-in you have requested a superior room. You have reserved a Dublex room but asked for a Wellness Spa Suite which has hot tub and sauna inside. Thus, there is a rate difference. We never charge more.Therefore, your complaint is misplaced.We always take reviews seriously to help us improve our services but in this case we could not accept this unfair feedback which may lead other potential guests' misunderstanding.Our hotel is located in the heart of Alsancak Izmir. Even though the windows of your rooms have been applied maximum soundproof design in an effort to prevent disturbances due to noise, the sound from entertainment venues can not be fully isolated.We as team committed to providing excellent customer service and we would always do our best for our guests' satisfaction.Kindest Regards;
