Stayed 2 nights in Sep 2025 ### 10/10 Excellent #### けいこ 13 Sept 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities さいたま新都心からの送迎バスを利用しました。楽々行き帰り、ファイアーナイフダンスショー、豪華なバイキングで、十分楽しめました！これはリピートありだと思います。 プールエリア、ショーに行くたびにQRコードをピッてするのですけど、ちょっと面倒に感じました。 あとから見つけたけど、3ヶ月先の早割だとすごいお得なんですね〜。次はこれにします。 ##### けいこ Stayed 1 night in Aug 2025 ### 6/10 Okay #### ともこ 21 Aug 2025 Liked: Amenities Disliked: Property conditions & facilities 毎年夏休みに利用させて頂いてます。私達が宿泊するハワイアンズのホテルの方は創業当時からの建物の様で設備の古さは否めません。今回は東1号棟の7階禁煙ルームです。こちらのお部屋は窓や屋根からの熱気でとても暑かったです。エアコンが効かないレベルです。なので、扇風機をら2台貸して頂き、何とか暑さはしのげました。壁が薄いので隣ではしゃぐ子供の声が聞こえます。食事は朝夕ビュッフェでお腹いっぱい食べられメニューもなかなか趣向を凝らしているなと思いました。特に子供にはチョコレートファウンテンが大人気で大喜びでした。1泊2日丸々プールでも存分に遊べ、大人は温泉でゆっくりでき大満足です。また来年も来ます。 ##### ともこ Stayed 1 night in Aug 2025 ### 8/10 Good #### Verified traveller 20 Aug 2025 Liked: Staff & service Disliked: Cleanliness プール、ショー、ビュッフェ等素晴らしいものがたくさんあります。大変楽しく過ごせます。 ハワイアンズホテルに泊まりましたが、お風呂、洗面台だけ何とか新しくしてもらえると嬉しいです。清掃は最大限して頂いていると思うのですが、古い水回りが苦手だと、かなりテンションが下がります。 ##### Verified traveller Stayed 2 nights in Aug 2025 ### 8/10 Good #### ?? 18 Aug 2025 広い施設なので結構歩きますが、ショップや飲食店などが充実してるので気になりません。大きなホテルなのでビュッフェの品数が多くて食事が楽しい！プールで遊びながらもショーの開催などもあり一泊では足りないくらいです。個人的にはショーの完成度が高く、それ目当てで行く人がいるのは大変共感できました。素晴らしかった。大人も子供も楽しめて天気もほぼ関係なく楽しめる旅行だったのでまた行きたいです。 ##### ??
