Ground Floor Apartment Ivenack in Historic Half-Timbered House

Beautiful, idyllic ground floor apartment in a listed half-timbered house in one of Ivenack’s best locations, directly opposite the park and Ivenacker See.



The apartment features a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a spacious kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances. A separate dining table seats up to 5 people. In the living room, there is a large sofa bed for 2 guests. The bedroom has two single box spring beds that can be joined as a double or used separately. For younger guests, there is a bunk bed in a bus design. To keep everyone entertained, a game table, TV, games console, radio, books, and board games are available.



In the garden, you will find play equipment such as a table tennis table, horizontal bar, swing, and a large trampoline. Ivenack is a charming village in the Mecklenburg Lake District, perfect for excursions in the region. Enjoy peace and quiet, long walks, or bike rides in nature. Children can play safely in the fenced garden while you relax on a deck chair. Bicycles are available free of charge for your outings. A small swimming lake is nearby, and an indoor pool in the forest about 5 km away offers fun for all ages.



Ivenack is famous for its nearly 1,000-year-old oaks, which can be admired in a fenced nature and animal park—among the oldest in Germany. You can also see fallow deer and Turopolje pigs up close. There is a treetop path where you can meet the oaks at eye level.
