I had a room with two twin beds on the 16th floor of the hotel. From the room, The room was very spacious, clean, well decorated and the view was spectacular. We had 2 sinks and plenty of counterspace. The toilet, sink areas and shower/bath were all separated, so it made it easy when both of us needed to get ready. The reception/check in counter were very professional, friendly and helpful with information. The only strangeness is that there are two elevators when you try to get to your room, The first one gives you access from street to reception, which then you have to take different elevators to the rooms. The hotel is located close to the high end shopping areas as well as the markets and lots of eating establishments. I would definitely 100% recommend this hotel and stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay at NOVI Dotonbori. Everything was new and clean, and it was a great spot for families with kids. The location was perfect, close enough to walk to everything in Dotonbori, but far enough from the action that it wasn't noisy or too busy. Would happily stay here again!

The annex is new (opened Oct 1 2026) and not too far from namba station. Staff was really helpful and nice. The sky garden 3-bedroom suite we stayed at is beautiful and has a deck as well.
