The staff and service are very professional, kind, and very patient with my lack of Japanese fluency. It occurred to me within the first few minutes at the property that it wasn't clearly described as a pet [friendly] hotel with many accomodations for our four legged friends. There's nothing wrong with this, I love pets but was not expecting this as it was not very clear when booking through Expedia. All said, the property was very clean but dated and the rooms/beds fell short on comfort. The view to the ocean was nice, however, the sounds of Pomeranians barking in the lobby may have outshined the views. I have some misgivings on Expedia's representation of the hotel as I probably would have chosen differently and it may have biased my review. For those with pets - it's a good stay and convenient, this just wasn't for me.

Great hot springs outside facility!
The hot springs is the highlight of this hotel... One of the nicest facilities in Japan.

古さを感じる施設でしたが、 お部屋はリニューアルされているようで、とてもキレイでした。 しかし、お風呂・トイレはまだリニューアルされていないみたいで、臭いなどが気になりました。 男性は露天風呂のみでした。部屋から遠いことは置いておいて、温めのお湯が気になりました。また、部屋からタオルを持っていかないといけないのもウ～ンでした。タオルを忘れたら、長い距離をまた往復しなければならないし、せっかくの温泉を何度も入りにくいです。 また夕飯も6000円のコースをいただきましたが、満足度は高くないです。 全体的に金額の割にところどころでセコさを感じました。

コテージに泊まりました、清掃は行き届いておりますが、建物の古さが否めません、今どき部屋にWi－Fi無しは逆に驚きました。ロビーでの対応は感染対策がしっかりされており安心です。

コテージ宿泊でしたが、建物が古くて虫やGがいて、妻は発狂していました。 ベランダがあって、景色がよくてもBBQが出来ないのはマイナスポイント。

酒店開了有一段時間，到達時外觀看起來蠻不錯，不過房間裏能看出來有點老舊，大致上都還好！早餐選擇不多，不過食物都好吃！溫泉是露天溫泉，也有室內的，不過我沒去，要走一段小路才可以到達沐浴間，不過真的超舒服！

ダニ被害
朝起きるとダニに刺されたようで両腿4か所赤く腫れていました。どう考えても布団のダニと思われました。蚊なら外に出ている手足の部分で同じ場所を数か所というのはないからです。ホテルは蚊ではないかというだけで謝罪も対処もなかったため投稿します。部屋のクリーニング係のカードに記入しましたが反応なし、帰宅してからも痒くて腫れがひきません。いろいろなホテルに泊まりますがこのような被害は初めてでびっくりしました。その他の対応はよかったためがっかりです。

性價比高，露天溫泉風呂很舒服
飯店有提供至伊豆髙原駅接送服務(需事先寫email去預約時間)，飯店旁有公車站，可到週邊景點(如大室山、仙人掌公園等等)房間寬敞，露天溫泉風呂很舒服很棒！

Upon arrival, the staff told me to go to its annex instead which is about 5 minutes drive away. At the annex, I complained that I did not book its annex and the staff asked me to produce the booking document. That's absolutely riduclous ! As proved my booking was not at its annex, the staff turned to say no non-smoking room at its main hotel. When I showed her my booking was non-smoking room, she said there are non-smoking rooms available. The hotel management is not honest and treat us like the fools. Up to here, I requested Hotel.com to look into the matter and give me a prompt reply. Indeed, Hotel.com has to responsible to take up the matter.

オーシャンビュールーム
ウッドデッキオーシャンビュールームを選択。ツインベッドのほか、カウチ、リクライニングチェアーもあり、海を眺めながらのんびりできます。(海は遠いですが。)室内はリフォーム済みなのか綺麗です。フロントも親切だし、居心地よく、リーズナブルで必要十分。一点だけ、惜しいのはバスルームのタイル目地の黒カビ。施設の躯体自体は古そうだからねぇ…小姑みたいですが、そこさえ掃除もうひと頑張りしていただければ、文句なし。

観光拠点としてはお勧め。
ロビーも広く全体にゆったりとして快適な作りです。接客態度も申し分なく、快適な滞在ができて満足でした。ただ、男性用の浴場が無く（大きな露天風呂はあるが、長～い吹きさらしの渡り廊下を通って行って、着物を脱いで（ここも室外）露天風呂に入るのは寒い冬では決死の覚悟が必要です）。別館に風呂はあるのですが、いちいち車で送ってもらわないといけません。さっと風呂に入ろうかなということができないのが大きな欠点。料理はきれいに調理されていますが、全体に塩味が濃すぎでした。温泉目的ではなく、観光の足場としてはお勧めと言えます。
