About this property

5 minutes to the beach and the train station! A cozy hideaway with its own barbecue area.

  • Our facility is a private Japanese-style house located very close to Usami Station on the Izu Peninsula. It’s a five-minute walk to the station, and if you look it up on a map, you’ll see exactly where it is. Free parking is available for one car, and within walking distance, you’ll find coin-operated car parks, convenience stores, drugstores, supermarkets, and 100-yen shops, so I think it’s a very convenient location. It’s just a five-minute walk to the beach! There’s also a paid BBQ area where you can use the facilities if you bring your own ingredients (pre-order only). Please contact us if you’d like to use it.

The homeowner very courteously met us at the train station and escorted us to the house. The house itself is a wonderful, nicely appointed traditional Japanese home, and quite spacious with a great kitchen and modern bathroom. It's an easy walk to the beach and to the train station, and there are plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. Ito is only one stop away on the train, with many more restaurants, and Atami is fairly close as well. Very clean. Highly recommended.
