Family condominium area approximately 5.5 thousand square meters sea front, where we have 4 houses for rent. There are 3 houses with 2 bedrooms and 1 house with 3 bedrooms. The houses are in the same condominium. See the photos to know them: House 1: Right on the seafront and by the pool, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. House 2 & 3: Stay after the pool in the middle of the property. They also have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. House 4: It is in the bottom of the condominium. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. We have a communal pool for all houses and a communal barbecue. Alugamos em família para o feriado de carnaval, infelizmente a residência não atendeu em quase nada nossas expectativas. Os caseiros Elizete e Edilson foram muito gentis, atenciosos e nos ajudaram com o que estava em seu alcance, mas nos deparamos com 4 casas em estado de conservação muito aquém do que estava sendo informado no anúncio. Casas sujas, com muitos bichos pelo chão, baratas na casa, muita umidade nos quartos e teto, materiais do teto se esfarelando sob as pessoas, mofo nas paredes e no tetos das casas, utensílios de cozinha muito avariados, eletrodomésticos com defeitos, camas com ácaros que incomodaram, pia da área da piscina entupida e etc. Nos sentimos um pouco desconfortáveis quando estávamos nos divertindo com as crianças na piscina e fomos surpreendidos pelos donos da casa quando acessaram a mesma sem se apresentar ou sequer menção de licença, pois alugamos o imóvel e acreditávamos que não teríamos ninguém além da família nas dependências da area de lazer e piscina. Terreno das casas sem muito cuidado, vegetação muito alta, rampas para os carros avariadas o que ocasionou alguns percalços pra guardar os mesmos, choveu muito quando estivemos e o caminho entre as casas ficou alagado dificultando o trajeto, área da piscina sem boa iluminação, muros baixos e com avarias na frente da residência, área gramada com formigueiro e etc. Ficamos muito decepcionados com tudo que vimos, pois acreditávamos de que os imóveis estariam em condições melhores para o uso, infelizmente não retornaremos e gostaríamos de pedir aos donos que tenham mais atenção às casas, pois o espaço é muito bacana mas se continuar com a degradação das casas em breve não haverá mais nada a oferecer. ##### Érica S. A casa é simples, porém bem espaçosa, com bastante espaço para as crianças. Minha família gostou muito. A piscina é ótima, as crianças conseguem aproveitar metade da piscina pois tem uma parte rasa. A casa 4 fica nos fundos, é bom para quem vai com crianças pois fica um pouco distante da piscina. O lugar parece uma chácara. Praticamente pé na areia. Com certeza iremos voltar. ##### Helder A.
