"O dono da casa anuncia a uma casa com 3 quartos e quando chega lá uns dos quartos estão trancados, casa está velha com cheiro de mofo chove dentro e fora, o jardim a grama está alta muito tempo sem cuidado, cobra caro e não investe. Piso de fora é liso colocando em risco de alguém cair e se machucar. A parte de cima da casa o beiral está caindo de tão velho, tudo ele coloca no contrato pois se quebrar tem que pagar. As geladeiras vazamento de água. As ruas aos redores alagam. Não compensa alugar essa casa velha."
