Most of the staff were not very helpful when you ask for extra blanket or towel they answer the phone very rudely and they pretend don’t understand and ignore your request except for Ziya he was very helpful and speak and understand English well thanks Ziya for your service without you I would cancel my reservation. room service very poor and wall not sound proof .

Mijn verblijf was voor medisch, dus ik moest alleen een slaap plaats nodig en de bed was heel goed. Verder de kamers zijn schoon als je vraag voor schoonmaak komen ze gelijk schoonmaken. Mensen zijn vriendelijk.
