Staff are friendly and supportive but lack the knowledge and understanding when something goes wrong. No self or free parking around the area, only otopark, which costs between $12 and $15 per day. Breakfast is very limited, but understandable given the budget for such a hotel. I heard people who lived upstairs walking everywhere (and all night long!!!), and people living next door sneezing. There were ants (alive) and dead bugs on my bedsheet. Quite some pills on the sheet, making it uncomfortable to touch. The bed itself wasn’t comfy either. There was also a weird smell in the room.
