The hotel was up to my expectation in terms of the location, comfort , safety and being taken care of by the amazing customer service staff Mr. Valat and Mr shafaq are the best. They go above and beyound to assisst the customers.

O hotel nos atendeu perfeitamente bem, principalmente em termos de localização, ficando próximo da Praça Taksim e numa região central de Beyoglu, ficando fácil de caminhar para bares e restaurantes na região, assim como outros bairros como Galata e Karakoy.

Temiz Değil

İçerisi çok eski ve her şey dökülüyordu. Otelin karşısında bir bar vardı ve çok gürültülüydü. İçerisi çok temiz değildi. Giriş esnasında klimanın nasıl çalışacağı ve wifi şifresi iletilmiyor. Telefon dan tahmini olarak 0 a basıp resepsiyonu şans eseri arayıp wifi şifresi sordum. Klimayı zar zor kendimiz çalıştırdık. İçerisinde kahve makinesi var ama kahve kapsülü yok. Anlayacağınız beyoğlu nda kalacaksınız kalacağınız yer burası olmamalı derim.
