Hotel is ornate, bed was comfortable and staff were friendly. One or two bits of decor were fraying and there was some noise from the street/mosque. The only good thing about this hotel is location nothing else. Room needs lots of upgrade see pics Wifi only works when you leave entrance door open. Washroom's was somehow installed in the middle of the room no proper privacy see picture all glass with almost see through blinds, shower area was not cleaned and open shampoos bottles were used and left in the shower. I had to ask for new pillow cases as they were dirty. Trotz der Anfrage an der Rezeption und Reklamation wurde uns gesagt, dass das die Familien-Suite ist. Und nach der Konfrontation, dass es sich um eine 22 Quadratzimmer handelt wollte er wissen, wie ich es herausgefunden habe. Ich sagte ich hab es mit einem Maßband gemessen und die Zimmer ist 6,3 Meter x 3,5 Meter also insgesamt 22,05 Quadratmeter und das sogar mit dem Badezimmer zusammen. Dann sagte er mir, dass er die Angaben im Internet ändern wird und dass das die Größte Zimmer ist. Das ist die eine Sache. Die schlimmste Sache war, dass die Badezimmer aus einer Gibswand besteht und direkt im Zimmer einfach in die Ecke provisorisch gemacht worden war. Aus diesem Grund waren die Wände neben der Badezimmer komplett verschimmelt und die Tapeten gingen Teilweise ab und darunter konnte man den Schimmelbefall komplett erkennen. Wie eckelig. Als ich die Rezeption angesprochen habe, meinte der Mitarbeiter, dass es Reinigungsmittel sind. Ich habe selber Fotos davon gemacht und weiß, dass es sich dabei um ein Schimmelbefall handelt. Es stand außerdem, dass es sich um ein familienfreundliches Hotel handelt. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett zu uns und zu unseren Kindern, aber die Gegend selber ist sehr sehr laut und neben dem Hotel ist ein Straßenbahn, die jede Minuten kommt und Das Einschlafen damit unmöglich macht.
