Rooms and bathrooms are quite old and desperately to be furnished. Our room was pretty small for 4 people. I was hoping the room would be a little bigger. Staff was generally friendly however one guy at the reception was very rude. He’d argue with customers everyday. One day I heard him scream at a customer, which woke me up from my sleep. Language is a big problem not just in the hotel but in the whole of Istanbul. Free tea and coffee was served all day long which was nice. Hotel is close to the main tourist attractions. It’s also close to tram and bus stop.
