A fuir!!!

Comment vous proposez un tel endroit comme hôtel sur votre plateforme il yavait une odeur horrible dans la chambre , la chambre était vraiment sale, impossible de dormir avec les bruits de la réception et de l'extérieur m, des personnels avec des visages crispés , ça ne mérite pas 62 euros la nuit. En plus on m'a demandé de payer alors que j'ai déjà payé sur la plateforme !!!
