Dear Tamar,First of all, we would like to say that the feedback you have specified contains incorrect information.There is a notification note about the stairs in our messaging before the stay and in all comments about our property , you would know that.Second, you asked us for support about finding another hotel, and we searched for it to help you.We couldn't understand how your sleep experience could be so bad that you were upgraded to a quiet room,a suit,on the top floor with sea view for free.You wrote that the service was slow, whenever we wanted to assist you, you ignored us and passed by without listening.For the last 3 days, your room was DND (do not disturb card was hung) so it was not possible for us to enter your room in terms of technical control.Humbly reminding most of our guests usually give a compliment regarding the service of our staff and our general service, hotel ambiance in their reviews.Thank you for taking the time to share your inaccurate thoughts despite everything.Wish you a good day,General Manager-Ulustan Muhluoglu
