Spent hours trying to request airport transfer and request late check in but ended up booking my private airport transfer While I was passing through airport security to travel to Istanbul I had a call and message from hotel directly that my booking is cancelled and I had to call conference organisers to contact hotel and confirm my room booking Once arrived at hotel check in was easy and had comfortable stay for four days Hotel rooms could do with upgrade of decor though

The staff at the loby was absolutely very verrryyy friendly! But the staff at the breakfast omg… no smile, bad service,.. We really expected a much better breakfast and staff at the breakfast. They were certainly children, not professional. The room was great and very clean. No sound from other rooms or corridor but don’t forget the Istanbul traffic and that the room has a full glass wall. We heard a lot of noise all the time from the outside.
