The front desk girl who checked in me in was a bit incompetent. Other than that - hotel was excellent - clean, and lots of amenities including indoor pool, steam, sauna, Hamam (Turkish bath) and a great breakfast

The staff was unbelievably rude. We booked a shuttle from the hotel, only for it to break down halfway, leaving us desperately trying to reach the airport on time to catch our flight. The driver kept telling us that the new car is going to be here in five minutes, but it took at least an hour to get here; he could’ve been more truthful to tell us this, and we would’ve just gotten a taxi off the road.

It was a pleasant stay at Ramada. My only feedback would be the service is slow, however the staff are very friendly, I think they were very busy and short staffed. Overall stay was fine, would stay there again.
