It is a boutique hotel very well located, it is noisy outside, the staff is very nice, and they lack of amenities as it is a boutique hotel, do not expect a 5 star hotel. It was very convenient to stay there as it has access to the best attractions in Istanbul and it is close to public transportation.

We had a very good stay at the pera rasso hotel which has very nice rooms with a very nice design, everything was very clean on our arrival, a small fridge is available in the room as well as several storage places, a beautiful and spacious bathroom. You have the opportunity to have an excellent traditional Turkish breakfast at the hotel. Thanks to the super welcoming staff who was always available and invested throughout our stay The hotel is very very well located close to all metro tram grocery store restaurant store main street of taksim A big thank you to Benim who was so great, always available and so much caring. You can book with your eyes closed We will come back for sure after this great experience we felt at home more than a hotel a family place Thanks for all

Unhappy stay

The rooms showed while booking were completely different from the one that was assigned to us upon check-in. Though we booked a family room, including a 10-year old child, we have been directed to a tiny room lacking the minimum privacy (the bathroom had a glass door and did not fit for a family. No bed was provided for our daughter and even provided, the room was small and offered a feeling of a confined space. An other issue worth mentioning is hygiene. For a whole family, one roll of bathroom paper was provided throughout our stay (2 nights / 3 days). The carpet was not clean. Part of the service was breakfast. It was another fiasco on both quality and quantity. Everything is about money.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter! Die Zimmer waren weitgehend in Ordnung. Leider war der Klodeckel lose, der Kühlschrank kühlte nur mäßig und der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Trotz Reklamation keine Abhilfe! Dafür gab es ein gutes Frühstück! Zum Lärm haben sicher viele andere bereits geschrieben. Schließt man die Fenster und schaltet die Klimaanlage ein, ist das Problem gelöst.

Das Hotel hat per se eine super Lage. Man kann von hier aus viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichen...leider liegt direkt nebenan ein Club. Unter der Woche ist das kein Problem, aber Fr/Sa und Sa/So ist es nachts wieklich sehr laut. Abseits dessen würde ich das Hotel empfehlen, das Personal ist super nett und das Frühstück war toll

Temiz, Nazik ve Mükemmel Konum

Erkek arkadaşımın doğum günü için Pera Rasso Hotel’i tercih ettim. Odaya girdiğimizde minik bir kutlama masasıyla karşılaştık :) Konumu çok güzel bir yerde, ulaşım ve yemek konusunda bir sürü seçeneğin olduğu İstiklal Caddesine yalnızca 1 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi. Hotel çok temizdi, öncelikli olarak tercih etmemin sebebi buydu. Hotel çalışanları ve Berfin Hanım çok nazik, yardımsever insanlar. Döneceğimiz gün havanın yağmurlu olmasından dolayı bavullarımızı emanete bırakmak istedik ve fazlasıyla yardımcı oldular. Genç kadın bir girişimci olarak Berfin Hanım’a bu seyahatim için çok teşekkür ediyorum, bundan sonraki İstanbul seyahatlerimizde kesinlikle tekrardan görüşeceğiz.

2 yaşında oğlumuz ile beraber kaldık. Bebek olunca en hassas noktamız temizlikti. Otel bu noktada gerçekten süperdi. Kafamızı yastığa rahat koyduk. Oda gayet lükstü. Konumu muhteşem. Pera palas ile istiklalin arasında. İstiklal 50 adım. 3 dk yürüme mesafesinde ispark var. Park sorununuz yok. Otel personelide gayet ilgili ve kibar.

Das Hotel ist familiengeführt. Ausnahmslos alle sind sehr, sehr freundlich. Man bemüht sich stets sehr, den Gästen zu helfen. Das Hotel ist modern und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Auch die Größe der Zimmer ist positiv zu bewerten. Tolle Dusche. Bequeme Betten. Die Lage wäre eigentlich ruhig, wäre da unter dem Hotel direkt nicht ein Club, der bis in die frühen Morgenstunden (5h) laute Musik und laute Partygäste hat. Unter der Woche nicht ganz so lange, aber am Wochende immer. Der Bass so extrem, dass Gegenstände im Zimmer vibrieren. Aber wir konnten nach zwei schlaflosen Nächten das Zimmer tauschen. So kann man wenigstens schlafen. Allerdings war auch das Zimmer kleiner. Aber die Ruhe war uns wichtiger. Das Frühstück ist nur unterer Durchschnitt. Keine hohe Qualität. Nescafe zum Aufgießen. Es gibt zwar frischen Salat, Petersilie, Gurke, Tomate. Aber kein Olivenöl dazu. Alles wird unter Plastikfolie verpackt angeboten. Das Zimmer wird auf Wunsch gereinigt, wenn man das Schild raushängt. Finde ich gut.

En recepción no hablan bien inglés y la calle es un escándalo de ruido toda la noche en fin de semana y la refrigeradora no servía y nunca la cambiaron , la cama extra es una piedra se sienten los resortes
