The service was exceptional. The area where the hitel is walking distance to so many amenities, restaurants, shopping centers, museums, etc

Counter had excuse for everything, took 4 hours to get me parking, room wasn't what i thought i was promised. Elevator wasn't working, up and down 3floors not good for my knees. I do give some credit to older gentleman at counter. He gave me correct room second night.

Super schönes Hotel ! Ich war am Anfang skeptisch , da dieses Hotel noch keine Bewertung hat.Aber ich hab wirklich kein einzigen negativen Punkt , denn ich nennen könnte. Unser Zimmer wurde immer sehr sauber geputzt . Die Lage vom Hotel ist ein Traum direkt zentral und die Metro direkt neben an . Dass Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden . Ich werde beim nächsten Istanbul Strip dieses Hotel nochmal buchen . Ich kann es jedem ans Herz legen.
