We were on the 6th floor with a great view and large windows. The night team on reception was extremely helpful with any queries we had from bottled water to ordering food to the hotel and recommendations. Easy to approach and super friendly

I would recommend. My wife and I spent 8 nights here. The staff speaks English and always happy to help. You can order food to your room or call a taxi. Pleasantly surprised that the room was perfectly clean. This hotel is worth staying in again

The hotel is nice and the stuff polite and helpful, but keep in mind that the hotel is 8n the Asian side of Istanbul, 22 km away from Taksim Square and Grand Bazaar

In a word, a great facility. A wonderful facility that will make you feel at home in Istanbul at an affordable price. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Prices are very affordable. great facility. The location was very good, it was very close to everywhere, I did not have any transportation problems. The rooms of the facility smell very clean and all the furniture was like new. It İS NOT A NON SMOKİNG hotel. All rooms and hallways smell. And the only thing they do about it is opening the windows. And most customers are there for a one night stand which made us very uncomfortable. The coach and table had cigarette burns. We had our room changed thinking it wont smell but it was the same. Rooms are built very nice but not taken care. Very disappointed.

Hello Expedia travelers, I chose this facility in my Istanbul trip. First of all, from the moment I arrived at the hotel, the staff were always smiling and helpful. The room I stayed in smelled very spacious and clean. All electronic devices were like new. sheets and towels were clean. I really liked the room in general. The location of the hotel was very good, if you want to go somewhere easily in Istanbul, you can choose this place.

hello first of all. In general, the location of the hotel was good. There are many shopping and restaurant options in the surrounding area. I did not have any transportation problems. Hello, First of all, I have been to Istanbul before. But I couldn't travel because it was for a very short time. I would like to tell you a little about the hotel I stayed at. First of all, I chose this place because it was very affordable and it was really above my expectations. From the moment I arrive at the hotel, you are greeted by friendly and helpful staff. After completing your registration, you are taken to the room accompanied by the staff. From the moment I entered the room, I was greeted with a very fresh and fragrant smell. The room was big and very clean. All electronics were new and the bathroom was perfect. I have never felt alienated, it made me feel as if I had stayed here before. The location of the hotel was great. It did not have a location that prevented you from going to touristic places. You can easily reach everywhere. This is how my experience was overall. I was very pleased with the attention and service I received.

Çok kullanışlı ve konforlu

Birkaç defa kaldığım yer ve konaklamalarımdan çok keyif aldığımı belirtmek isterim. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar ve diğer çalışanlar çok yardımcı oluyorlar, her isteğinizi anında gerçekleştiriyorlar. Hatta sonraki konaklamalarım için bizzat kendilerini arayıp rezervasyon yaptım ve yine her türlü kolaylığı sağladılar sağ olsunlar. Odalar gayet geniş ve temiz. Kullanım olarak çok yeterli, mutfak ve oturma alanı çok tatmin edici. Ayrıca birçok büyük olduğunu iddia eden otellerde bile olmayan son model android tv özellikli televizyonlarının varlığı bile çok önemli bir hizmet ve konfor. Anadolu yakasında işim olunca başka adres aramıyorum artık.
