The hotel is blacklisted
The room is not the first freshness with not a pleasant stench. Arriving in my country, I found that I forgot my sneakers in the closet in my room. I called the hotel, where they told me that the sneakers were not there and no one had found them. After a repeated request to look better, tk. they were definitely left there, the hotel replied that they had not found anything. For the hotel: I gift them to you! I wish you that throughout your life your things are treated the same as you treat the things of your customers. The staff uses your perfume when cleaning the room, put the perfume in the safe, otherwise the bottles will be empty.

3 star but never a 4 star and never ever a 5 star.
Bad location. Traffic in Istanbul is bad but to this hotel is much worse. Absolutely disgusting hotel. Horrible location and useless staff. Be very careful if you pay any amount to this hotel in cash or without a receipt. Hotel staff received 200 Euros in cash from me and denied having ever received it.

the hotel facilities are brand new, safe, staff are very helpful and take extra miles to help, location is very convenient, we could walk to many nearby places. the guest management lady in charge was amazing and supportive, every single day she checked if we are happy and satisfied.

This place is absolutely stunning, very modern and offers a lot. It’s a bit pricey compared to others. Any services they provide such as a taxi are overpriced. Other than we had an amazing time there.
