Perfect location- only minutes walk to the tram station, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, etc. The neighborhood felt very safe. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Great breakfast buffet with a beautiful view.

It is a 4 stars hotel, having issues with hot water for almost 2 days and with the air conditionner for more than one day, knowing that we are staying hew days only in the hotel is abnormal. However, the service (staff) was good.

The place is clean and quiet . Housekeeping is daily if you opted to. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is good. Most of the attractions are so close and you can reach it on foot. All in all, it’s perfect for the price.

Very convenient location, easy walk to attractions. Small but clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was fresh and pleasant in the enclosed rooftop terrace with a sea view. Staff was exceptionally helpful with excursion recommendations. Highly recommend this affordable hotel.

This area where the hotel is great and close to everything in the old town. Its also an area under construction and for sure once they are done with the streets is going to be much better. Staff is great and make you feel at home

Our stay at the Interstar Hotel was excellent to say the least. The staff were friendly as well as attentive. The hotel was small yet cosy. There was a good selection of food for breakfast and also, the view was absolutely stunning. The vast majority of places that we visited were within walking distance. I’d definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Hotel was conveniently located close to the blue mosque and Grand Bazar. Room was a reasonable size and was clean. Only thing that let it down was the AC was not working and due to this, the room was humid and was forced to open windows which had some late night traffic noise.

A rapid 5-10 minute walk to a variety of locations, this cute hotel works to offer support to their guests getting oriented. However, sited amongst narrow streets, Uber may decline to take you there (our almost driver said he would do it off-app for double the price, we bailed and caught a taxi instead.) The hotel did help arrange a reasonably priced van ride back to the airport. Breakfast is a simple mixture of foods, but a welcome starter to the day if you don't want to spend eating out every meal.

Great location, horrible service

The hotel’s location is fantastic, within walking distance of the Bazaar and the two famous mosques. However, the service was disappointing. The staff was rude, and our room was not cleaned daily unless we specifically requested it. Basic amenities, like coffee, were not replenished. During breakfast, I asked the kitchen staff if I could have an extra omelet, and the response was shocking. The lady seemed upset and told me there was a strict limit of two eggs per person. She then proceeded to tell the entire hotel staff about my request, which was both unprofessional and embarrassing. Additionally, I had booked an economy two-bed room, and the queen bed was broken. When I addressed this with the front desk, the gentleman dismissed my concern, saying, “This is the room you booked for the price you are paying.” I was stunned—especially knowing there were other hotels in the same price range that offered much better accommodations. Overall, I’m very disappointed and don’t understand how this hotel has such great reviews. I would not stay here again.

Was greeted & welcomed at least 6-10 mins after arriving while receptionist was on his phone. Bed has hair under the top sheet. I understand it’s a beautiful, historical building but the walls lack sound privacy as I was up all night hearing the gentleman in the next room coughing. It was very loud, almost unbearable. I was also places on the -1 level which felt like a basement next to the hotels bathroom so I could hear each time it being used. Overall a cute hotel & worth the price paid but would not rate it 4.5 stars. Thank you for your service overall.

A boutique hotel with a great location, just minutes walk away from the Blue Mosque and Hippodrome. The room, while small, was perfect for one person. The room and bathroom were clean and replenished every day. The staff were extremely friendly and spoke excellent English. The breakfast is served each morning on the top floor with a great view. The food selection is slightly limited but was good for what I needed. There was noise from the street during the week (mostly other cars going by) and many of the surrounding the streets are narrow and inclined (old city). There is a small mosque right next door that does loudspeaker calls to prayer several times per day, which some might find noisy. Overall excellent value and a recommend.

Very good option for the price, well-located area and friendly staff. Only negative was the transfer service. It literally took us 2hours to find the person. It did look unsage as it was a young man smoking and not giving proper instructions. After a while he gathered a group and we were quickly assigned to a driver. Neither the driver, car or the young man waiting for us at the airport were wearing or using anything with the logo of the Tour Company they advised. I was very worried throughout all the course from the airport to the hotel as it is an extremely far airport as well. I would noy use the transfer services ever again. Better to get a taxi or a transfer from a real company tour. But as far as the Hotel, I recommend the stay as per the reasons above
