Dear Jose, First of all we would like to inform you that your reservation was Economy Room/Basement Floor-Single Room & Without Breakfast. But you came to hotel 2 people and you wanted upper floor room for free and with breakfast. We couldnt gave you that things. Also we organised for you private transfer you came to hotel with private car and you didnt pay you left. Please pay your transfer fee, otherwise staff has to pay.
