Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
It is a one-bedroom apartment in a building where multi other rental offices own units for rent. The unit is filthy, and cockroaches are moving around; old broken sink, the washroom door is not closing, the bed sheet is dirty, and we can't sleep until 3 AM because next door tenant is talking
