We liked the facilities, however, the breakfast need to be enhanced to provide more food varieties for a 5-star hotel. Moreover, we stayed for five nights and each single day we tried to reach out to reception through calling from our room and they never answered even though missed calls are available and they deny having an alert on the reception as well.

The hotel rooms are clean and spacious. The pool outside is a great advantage for when the weather is nice. The only negative thing I could say is that you have to wait 10-15 minutes for the lift as it is constantly in high demand due to the amount of people in the hotel.

Lovely hotel great for airport
Excellent hotel with lovely pool areas, friendly staff & good food. The surrounding area has no choice of restaurants but that didn’t matter for my one night stay. Ideal for Sabiha Gökçen airport.

They overcharged me
I realised I’ve been bitten by something the first morning when I woke up, the second night the itching got worse and there was more insect bites on my skin, I spoke to the reception as I thought it should be something in the bedding, what did they do about it? Nothing, apart from that they overcharged me and they’re terrible at communicating and I don’t even know whether I’m ganna get my money back!

Don't be deceived by the rating
We thought we would be getting an excellent stay considering the price we payed and the rating of this hotel. We arrived and it looked promising but then we found out the cafe and hairdresser is closed. But not just closed, perminatley closed, and the staff had no idea when either of them would reopen and we not very helpful at all. Lunch at the only restaurant there was over priced for not a great meal. The DJ at the pool was so loud and annoying we couldn't sit there. It felt like we were at a club. Our room was nice, but over all I just wasn't satisfied

OK for a short business visit
The hotel is new and well appointed. The staff is however still being trained I guess. The hotel AC system was not working and had to shift to another tower where I could keep the window open. Location doesn't have much around.

New Year's in Istanbul
Stayed at the hotel during the New Year. Overall it was an enjoyable stay. The hotel is new and part of the existing Tango complex. Rooms are modern and close to what you see in the photos. Didn't have breakfast as it was not included in the price so I can't comment. I few practical tips: The hotel is in the Asian side so you need to take the metro and Marmaray to access the Tourist areas of Istanbul. Not an issue for us but it means you can't wander around then return to your hotel then go back out again. It's more of a leave in the morning return in the evening and relax at the hotel deal. Also the metro station is about a 5-10 minutes walk. Again not a problem for us. For business travelers in the Asian side it is probably ideal. Made use of the excellent indoor pool and fitness center; in the summer time the outdoor pool looks like a great place to unwind! Finally if you are traveling with a car this would be a good choice with parking and access to motorway. If travelling to Istanbul I would certainly consider staying here again. Staff was helpful and polite.

Fab hotel and staff
Stayed 5 nights and can't fault the hotel service or standards at all, fabulous 1 bedroom apt, immaculate and staff so friendly and helpful. Only downside was the area the hotel was situated in, which was not great, however close to metro link. I loved the in room dining options, such an amazing choice and reasonably priced for good quality well presented food. I would recommend this hotel.

Good hotel. Clean, comfortable with nice staff. The hotel is actually new and they just start to work. I definitely recommend it to everybody . Good for business travelers and for someone who will stay there for more than one day.
