Located next to the Höllental, near the Saale with its beautiful river bends, the Rennsteig, and the Frankenwaldsee, this apartment is fully accessible with step-free entry and a walk-in shower—an ideal starting point for hikes and nature adventures. Private parking is available right next to the accommodation.



Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a complimentary drink, fresh fruit, and a bottle of water per person.



The apartment offers internet TV, music via a smart speaker, board games and books for all ages, as well as regional information. A shared laundry room with washing machine (detergent provided) and drying rack is available. Toilet paper, kitchen towels, and cleaning products are stocked in the utility room.



The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher (tabs provided) and basic supplies: coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, balsamic, olive oil, spices, kitchen paper, aluminum foil, cling film, and cleaning agents.



A grill is provided for cozy evenings (charcoal available). Bicycles or motorbikes can be securely stored in the garage.



High chairs and a baby bath are available free of charge if needed.
