"Bed was dirty, covered in hair all over sheets, no proper sheet on one bed. Mold in washroom in shower, we switched rooms took over 45 min for them to switch us. Hallways had weird smell and was very strong, daughter left swimsuit in old room and we called and they said they would have someone check ..."
