The Residence is suitable for welcoming a couple or a family with 2 children; large common areas, swimming pool with lifeguard and tennis courts.  
  
The apartment is located in a terraced condominium, equipped with a garden, independent entrance, living area with fully equipped kitchen, internal dining area with table and chairs, double sofa, smart TV and double wall-mounted bed.  
  
On the mezzanine floor there is a double bedroom with wardrobe, a large bathroom with bathtub, separate shower cubicle, toilet and bidet.
