"The check in process was interesting, but fine. It was clean, in a great location. Close to the train station and pretty city centre. The pillows are very passed their use by date. Also there were no spare pillows. But will happily stay there again in December. "

"We booked the hotel 30 min before arrival - and did not know the hotel beforehand. Very positive surprised by the theme rooms, surroundings etc. It was a very positive stay - and we will definately come again... If I should come with an improvement - it would be a better selection for kids for breakfast beside of egg and bread."

"The day we arrived the road to the front was under repair and closed. It would have been helpful to have been given the heads up and told where we would be best parking. Other than that the accommodation exceeded our expectations and was a welcome surprise after our dismal stay in the hotel the night prior. "The front counter staff was very friendly and very patient with us because we didn't speak any German. The room was simple, well kept, and clean."

"My room and the hotel itself were exceptionally clean. From the moment my business partner and I checked in, the clerk made us feel welcome and was willing to go beyond what was required to help us and see to our comfort. I liked the set-up of the fully-operational bar behind the counter that served as the check-in (etc.) desk. I have never encountered this idea before, but it really worked well. It was easy and convenient to go to the bar and order a beer, glass of wine, mixed drink, or water (etc) then find a seat in the extensive table-seating area on that floor, steps away. There were free espresso/capuccino machines at our disposal 24 hours, and these were great and convenient too. The breakfast (for an economy hotel) was very, very good, plentiful, lots of choices, both hot and cold. We stayed two nights and it was our favorite place to come back to and relax after a busy day. I would stay there again with pleasure. "
