For those who love walking or cycling there are trails in the green and scenic. The property is as listed and equipped with everything you need. Franca our host was very welcoming and was on hand for any questions we had. The property in Torreselles is in a good location to visit Vicenza (25 mins) or Verona, Venice or as we did Milano (1 hour 40 by fast train from Vicenza station). The main draw for this rental is the stunning location. Firstly within an hour car drive to Venice, Verona and Garda - all of which are very accessible by car and good parking to explore. Secondly the actual locality is high in the hills in a rural area of Northern Italy - it has a very unspoilt feel and so far removed from the hustle and bustle of the tourist locations. 3 restaurants that are walkable and all superb serving local fare and rammed with locals. Perfect hosts, always on hand to help but left us with complete privacy.Views are second to none, loads of places to visit within easy reach including Lake Garda, Padua, Venice and Verona. Being able to step into the tourist hot spots but then come back to the peaceful and tranquil countryside was a joy. Honestly the best Villa we've stayed in and one of the best locations of all of the different places we've stayed in Italy. The location is beautiful, the hosts kind and always helpful. The apartment is very well furnished. Especially the kitchen. The pool is a nice thing to have in the heat. There is always a place to sit either in the sun or in the shade depending on what you want. It is quiet and peaceful. Two restaurants in walking distance. All in all it could not have been better.
