"This is not a hotel that should be charging £180 per night. We had issues with our room, despite asking to move this was not offered. Instead maintenance was asked to come out. They did not appear and we had to put up with the issue. No breakfast is offered, there are no other services and it being contactless there is no one to help when there are issues.
