We had a fantastic stay at Sawtelle Mountain Resort in Island Park! The resort is ~ 30 min from Yellowstone west entrance and resort rates are reasonable. The very first thing we noticed was how spotless and well-maintained the entire property is. Our family room was absolutely immaculate and had a wonderfully unique charm to it that made the stay feel extra special. Another huge plus was the complimentary breakfast, which offered a great variety of fresh options to start the day. If you are visiting Yellowstone National park, I highly recommend staying here.
