The Kitchen is fully stocked for delicious home cooked meals and the ample dining seating gives everyone room. A large back deck for Barbequing and relaxing while nature takes over the background noise and the mountain air sets in. Want to eat out? no problem, Mountain Top retreat is close to great restaurants! Need something to do on a rainy day? Relax in a brand new 7 person Hot tub. Best place we've ever stayed

The property was amazing, perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable, and there were plenty. The huge garage basketball court, badminton, volleyball, pool, etc, were all awesome. Definitely a great place to come home to after a day of traveling. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in the area. It is the best place I've ever stayed at.

Great Family Vacation

We had 3 generations on a family vacation to Yellowstone and the Grand Teton and this house was perfect. They had a highchair to accommodate the baby and a walk in shower on the main floor to accommodate grandma. The house was clean, spacious and in a great location. The garage was our favorite place to hang out and let the kids burn off extra energy after a day of sightseeing. Hosts were easy to work with and very responsive. Would definitely recommend for families.

Great experience!

We came to Island Park for a snowmobiling trip with 8 people and the cabin was perfect! Plenty or foom for everyone and having the heated garage was fantastic. The cabin is very conveniently located and there is a nice parking area that easily fits multiple trucks and trailers.

Family Yellowstone trip

We had a blast! This cabin was perfect for our home base for our family trip to Yellowstone. All of the kids said it was the best trip ever, and we go to Yellowstone a couple times each year.

We enjoyed our stay so much. So much to do at the cabin for the family. We weren't there much, but it was so nice for when we did have down time. Nice central location for heading to Yellowstone or staying local and enjoying Macks inn and island park.

Family Yellowstone vacation

We stayed here for your yellowstone vacation. We loved this place. Place was clean and easy check in. Its about 25 minutes to west Yellowstone entrance and most restaurants.. Hot tub was clean and game room was an awesome addition. All the bed were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

Property is perfect for a large family or group of friends. It's located in a very nice area, and although it was a lot of driving, we were able to use it as a base to see both Yellowstone and Grand Teton Parks and Jackson Hole without changing locations. Our only regret is there was so much to see in 5 days, we didn't have enough time to fully enjoy the hot tub and other amenities in the cabin!

Wonderful Cabin

This was a fantastic property that had everything. Plenty of room, comfy beds, stuff for the baby (the high chair was so convenient and saved us having to haul our own out to isalnd park), and the garage was full of fun activities. This was also a great home base for our adventures in island park and yellowstone! Thanks so much for the opportunity to stay here!

Amazing stay

Great location and easy access to get to main road, but feels like you are still secluded. Beds enough for adult children and spouses. Simple check in and check out process. Loved the hot tub and fire pit. Thanks!

Great mountain retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mountain Top Retreat in Island Park. Great location and easy access to West Yellowstone entrance to the park. The game room downstairs was a nice addition to the rustic cabin feel. Comfortable and spacious, we were very happy with our stay.

Great place to stay

We had a great time at Crystal and Jason's place. The place is nice and brand new. Crystal has provided us great check-in information. Also great useful information for visiting, entertainment, and restaurants nearby. Crystal and Jason were very responsive when any thing or request arose. It was a nice place to stay.

Ideal location and very welcoming home!

This was our first trip out west snowmobiling and skiing with the kids. We had an amazing time and this property made it extra special! Perfect location, very clean, cozy, and a great space for all of us to come “home” to at the end of the day! The game room was the best; great hangout for the kids! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Me and my friends had a wonderful and memorable stay at this cabin.

This place is a great stay if you are visiting Yellowstone. Just 30 min drive from the Yellowstone West entrance, where everybody visiting the national park would like stay. The place is just as described in the listing, comfortable beds, TVs in all the bedrooms and in the living room. Games for chilling (pool table, ping pong, darts). I would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Yellowstone.

Top Notch Experience

This experience was the best we have had all around - from asking questions to the owners and quick responses while planning, to last minute questions and thoughts - the owners were amazing. Everything was exactly as advertised and even better - our family of 5 had a great time and the experience overall was incredible. We spent time in the hot tub, around the fire, played games in the garage and cooked every meal in the kitchen - everything worked great and exceeded expectations! The drive to West Yellowstone was amazing and it was over before you knew it - so many great things to say about this property - you will enjoy!

We had a wonderful time with the family. A great place for winter adventures. The home had everything we needed and was a great place to snowmobile out of. Very much enjoyed ourselves! The hosts were super to work with and make changes to the dates when our schedules changed. So appreciated it!

House was perfect for 2 familes, with 4 kids. One slept on the pullout. Beds were comfortable. Kids loved the garage with basketball, pool and volleyball. It was used every day! Hosts were responsive when there was an issue. Great stay!

Thanksgiving hideaway

Perfection! This was a perfect facility for all ages. The rec room kept us all busy; the pool table, basketball hoop, to the pickle ball game. Something for everyone. The hot tub jets wouldn’t turn on but the owners were easily contacted to work on the issue. I would recommend this spot to anyone!

Perfect property

This property was exactly as it was described. Very clean, spacious, great gathering spaces for our group of 8 and good location for Yellowstone adventures. It is close to a road but not much traffic down the road. There was new construction going up next door but it didn’t bother us as we were gone during the daytime while it was being worked on. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all we needed. The activities and TV in the garage came in handy when the weather was less than perfect. The hosts were very quick to respond prior to our stay and during. Would rebook in a heartbeat!
