It has plenty of gathering space with over 1900 sq. ft. with two living areas, one up and one down. There is a bathroom and TV on each level. The large wrap around deck is great for indoor/outdoor living. There is a large dining table and a table for outdoor dining on the spacious deck. There is a gas grill and the kitchen is fully stocked with small appliances, dishes, etc. The large driveway has plenty of room for parking vehicles and toys. There is year-round access to trails. Just exit the driveway and you are on #626 and Shotgun trail. Perfect access for ATV's in the summer and snowmobiling in the winter. Loved our stay at Kathy's property, to the extent that we tried to see if we could extend our stay (unfortunately not possible due to flights, but Kathy was super accommodating and helpful).The location is great, 35 minutes from the Yellowstone west entrance gate, 2 hours from Jackson Hole and Grand Teton NP, and in a quiet area. The property itself was immaculate, well maintained, and VERY well stocked. We've stayed at other rental properties that had only a few plates and utensils etc, but not here. Whatever you could possibly need was available, and they provided a few nice welcome supplies.We had a family of deer wander through the property several times, and the friendliest little chipmunk who came within inches (both the deer and chipmunk were even friendlier than our ones at home near GSMNP).We felt very at-home during our stay, and plan to stay here again when we next return to the area (which we certainly will, since Yellowstone and surrounding area is one of our favorite places).About the only (minor) negative i can think of (and it is very minor) is that the heating is a little noisy, but we overcame that by turning down the heat in the master bedroom so it didn't come on at night, and just left the door ajar instead so the air could circulate.Thanks again Kathy for letting us stay at your wonderful property. The pictures don’t even portray how awesome this cabin is. Very close to Yellowstone. Cabin is spacious. We loved the dining room table that was big enough to seat our whole group. The kitchen pantry was very well stocked. Beds were comfortable. We were sad that our stay had to come to an end. When we go back to Yellowstone we will be staying here again for sure!!! ##### Scott M. Close to town but quiet and serene. The 2nd story wrap around deck is awesome. The place was better stocked than any short term rental that we have ever stayed in. The hosts are attentive, and have thought of every little detail to make your trip great. The smore kit and fire pit were great. We even had the bonus of seeing a mama moose and her calf on our last morning. We would definitely stay again. ##### Michael B.
