3/2 Waterfront Home in Lower Matecumbe Key in Islamorada, Florida. Featuring a 70' ft private dock with 2 boatlifts (1- 10,000 lbs capacity, 1- 20,000 lb capacity)- both available for rental separately. Home is minutes away from most attractions.
This beautiful home accommodates up to eight people and is completely decorated.

Master Bedroom has a King-size bed with a flat panel LCD Television. Southern facing window lets in plenty of natural light. Bedroom features a master bath and a walk in closet with ample room for storage.

Bathroom #2 has a queen sized bed and a private television

Bathroom #3 has two full size bunk beds and a private television.

One full sized bathroom in addition to master bath is conveniently located by bedrooms.

The living room has an entertainment center with a flat panel LCD Television. Lovely Kitchen /dining area featuring a table for 8.

Upstairs balcony extends width of property and contains a BBQ and seating area.

Downstairs storage room has a half bath, full size washer & dryer, Ice Machine, Refrigerator, Freezer and plenty of space for Fishing equipment/rod storage.

Property downstairs has an outdoor shower, a fish cleaning station and 2 elevator boat lifts (10k lbs & 20k lbs) available for rental separately. Owner must approve boat lift rental before booking the property if you plan to bring your boat.

Winter get away

Perfect location for boating Atlantic and Bay side. Boat lift, ice maker and bait freezer were great additions to the property. Pet friendly. Owner was very responsive to questions about home and general area information. Neighbors were friendly. Highly recommend this property

A dream come true

The owner Danny was extremely accessible and attentive to our needs. When the ice maker malfunctioned he immediately bought a brand new one and delivered it himself. The house is gorgeous and it has a fantastic ocean view. It was everything we hoped for and more.

Great location. Brought our boat and used lift daily. Fished each day due to convenience and good weather. House is nice and we had a great trip. Ice machine was added bonus. Hope we get to book again.
