This is a stunning property with so many amenities and restaurants! I can’t say enough about the friendliness and cooperation of the staff! Alondra at the front desk in particular! Loved our mini vacation at Three Waters Resort. Jelena checked us in and she was very friendly and explained all that the resort had to offer. Lots of great options for dining and bars, and all the staff were pleasant and welcoming. We stayed in a beautifully decorated room with a stunning view of the ocean. Resort is beautiful and very clean. Beds are super comfortable. Beaches are tiny and there’s a lot of seaweed. Food is good but not a lot of variety. Plenty of local places in the area with shuttle there or uber. A microwave in room to reheat leftovers would be a great addition.

Front desk staff was very helpful. There were multiple lounge chairs at the water’s edge both full sun and shade. Manatees in the marina. Tiki Bar made for a fun friendly evening. Enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to leave!

Stayed here before when it was the Post Card Inn, and it seemed friendlier. We had to wait an hour to check in because the computer system was down, no compensation was given and at this level I would have at least expected a free drink! Rooms were clean and the area was well kept. We stayed for four nights and one day we did not get maid service till 5:30 while we were getting ready to go to dinner. Good location but questionable value.

I forgot my very expensive sunglasses in the resting area very close to my room. This was my mistake. However, when I remembered after a while and returned, my sunglasses were not there. I made continuous calls. I gave information to the reception including the last day. The picture of my glasses, where I forgot them, etc. However, they said that there were no cameras in the most used open area. I was surprised by the security problem in this hotel, where I had stayed twice before. I returned home with a very serious material and moral loss. Unfortunately, a situation that could have been detected with very clear cameras could not be solved. I am very sorry. I will never forget this situation in my life.

The property and our room were excellent, along with the housekeeping. We had breakfast at Mercado Mercado everyday and the food and service was excellent. Service at the pool and beach were excellent as well. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The dinner food at Mercado Merado and Tiki-Bar was very good also, but the service was very poor. It was good at breakfast at Mercado Merado, but not at dinner. Service at Tiki-Bar was terrible all day. Bar tenders were very in experienced and oblivious to new customers that came to the bar. It would take 10-15 minutes to even be acknowledged that I sat down. My wife asked for Bailey’s Irish cream in her after dinner coffee and all three bartenders did know what it was and said they didn’t have it. Another bartender came by and pulled it out of their fridge. Other than some service issues we had a great time, but for the price, there shouldn’t be any service issues.
