Mini fridge in the unit. Linens and towels provided. No kitchen. 30-amp outlet on site, $15/day. Use for RV hookup or EV charging. RV parking only; no sleeping in RV. Electric and water; no sewer. Must fit in the on-site parking spaces — ask us about length first. This listing is the downstairs suite only, not the 3-bedroom house. Private entrance from the outside and does not connect to the upstairs interior. Best for 2 guests who want a simple Keys stay with private water access.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set AC to 78, close and lock outside door.
Empty the mini fridge. Put trash in bin outside.
Leave the tiki and dock area clean of trash, dishes, gear, towels etc.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
