The guest bath has also been updated with a new vanity, flooring and charming ocean wallpaper. All new top of the line vinyl plank flooring has been installed throughout. Owners have refurnished and upgraded this spacious end unit in Ocean Harbour. You will enjoy your stay in this spacious condo. The complex is conveniently located in Islamorada and you'll love the amenities this upscale condo complex offers: 2 lighted tennis courts; club house; gym facility; heated swimming pool; and hot tub. There's a sandy beach with lounge chairs; large Tiki with ice maker and tables and chairs; and a fire pit for evening gatherings. The Condo Association has boat slips available to rent for $100 + tax per month with a limited number of slips available. The boat slip must be reserved in advance of your stay.
