(54 reviews) Great surprise upgrade! But beware the steps and closed waterpark. We stayed as a family with three teenagers in September 2025\. ROOMS: ★★★★★ We received a fantastic free upgrade to two Luxury Rooms! They were perfect, located across the hall from each other. Each had its own jacuzzi (a teen hit), with one offering a sea view and the other a mountain view. BIG PROBLEMS: ★★☆☆☆ 1\. Waterpark Closed: We booked for the free waterpark, but it was closed for a boxing event during our stay. We weren't informed beforehand, which ruined most of our holiday plans for our sons. 2\. Lots of Steps: The hotel is on a mountainside, requiring climbs of 200+ stairs to reach rooms. The hill lift often breaks down (it did on our last day). Not suitable for those with mobility issues or buggies. FOOD & VALUE: ★★★★☆ The main buffet had good variety, including vegan options. You must get your own drinks, as staff don't serve them. The spa and trips were good value. The kids' team, however, only engaged with outgoing guests and didn't encourage our shy teens. Shopping Tip: Nearby towns are expensive. For better prices and authentic goods, take a short taxi/bus ride to Fethiye. Final Thought We liked the hotel for the amazing rooms and food. However, the closed waterpark, steps, and broken lift mean we rate it 4 stars, not 5\. Book only if you're prepared for the hills and confirm the waterpark is open. (274 reviews) Everyone at the front desk, except for Yasemin, was very kind, friendly, and warm. The food was good, the beach was nice, and everything was clean. However, Yasemin was so rude that she sent the English tourists off with flags, but told the Turkish tourists, ‘Come on, it’s 1 o’clock, time to leave.’ She was even disrespectful enough to warn us while we were eating. I gave one point less because of her. I hope she learns to treat Turkish citizens equally. (57 reviews) We arrived home yesterday and thought a review might help those who are looking at this hotel for next year: Pros: -The food was excellent whether that be in the a la cartes or buffet. -The hardworking members of staff who were interested in doing their job were excellent and went above and beyond to make your stay amazing. - There were plenty of sun beds if you were happy to be away from the main pool. - It was great to have the tennis and padel courts for free. - The rooms were great and the beds super comfy. - Sunset Beach is lovely for a drink in the evening. - The evening entertainment is another level. - Branded drinks Cons: -The booking system for the a al carte is a joke. People queuing at Guest Relations from 7am for it to open at 8\. -Some members of staff were disinterested and work shy. -The main pool was shut several times due to 💩. - The sides of the pools and main walkways from rooms were so slippery and saw a couple of children slip and hurt themselves. -The builders have left poor levels leading to puddles of stagnant water in places. -People leaving towels out the night before for the next day and no hotel staff police this. - No pool service up at the top pools by rooms. - No savoury snack bar to be able to just grab something to take to pool side. In general we felt that this was an excellent hotel but could improve in places. If the a la carte allocations change to 1 a week, we would definitely not come back. Hope this helps.
