I am extremely disappointed at the hotel. Specially that for me it was my favourite place to stay in the city. Starting at the reception the desk help was not friendly or helpful at all. I requested a low floor due to my earthquake anxiety and her response was due to the fact that you paid ocean view you have to go to the 26th floor. The room “looked” clean however it was beyond dusty to the point that I couldn’t stop sneezing! At 11pm when I finally opened the bed there was a huge cloud of dust ! I wish I had video tape it. Thank G-d the night front desk Daniel was very helpful and send the night person very fast. The linen were NOT white! They were beige from either not being wash properly, being too old or just full of dust. The person that came to change the linen started sneezing as he was changing the linen. Today at check out the same lady that was yesterday was there. I said that I was checking out and she demanded that I return the keys, to which I said NO. I don’t have to return the keys, she pushed and pushed until I told her to get the manager to talk to him so he can show me where in the rules and t says that the keys had to be returned? The lady Liz gave up and said ok. Breakfast was ok but not as it used to be, you have a lot of meat variety but you don’t offer any fish as you did before. I hope the hotel improves his ways. All the furniture is old (at least) in the room I was in.

Todo excelente, lo unico que no me gustó fué que me cobraron por el estacionamiento
