9.6/10 Exceptional! (70 reviews)
A modern hotel, with good clean rooms and comfortable beds. The air conditioning is excellent and the room technology is well thought out - probably the best I've seen - ranging from bed-side charging pads on both sides of the bed for phones, controlled lighting and electric curtains. Excellent.
Be sure that when you're in Plovdiv, don't stay in a chain hotel, stay here!

9/10 Wonderful! (70 reviews)
I was so disappointed that this hotel mis-advertised, the gym was not available as it is being used as a storage room.
Breakfast was completely disappointing.
I had booked a deluxe room and it was much bigger looking in the pictures than the actual size, my friends had standard rooms the same size, I am annoyed that I paid extra for the deluxe. The shower was very cramped and kept hitting my head on the handheld shower every time I turned.
As my room was top floor, could constantly hear planes flying over.

"Seemed like the hotel is brand new. A little strange going down the bumpy dirt road to get there, but it's clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast is very good, staff is very friendly. Decent market and a few restaurants in the village."
