Strictly based on the room i used. The bathroom was too tiny that one can barely bend. I am happy it was only 1 night. Unless it was meant to be used by a child like 10 yrs old. One cannot bend to wash the feet. But overall its a good hotel n great breakfast too.

Clean rooms, excellent staff and awesome water park

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in one of the nicer rooms (with the large hot tub on the terrace). On a positive note: the hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. While the staff at the hotel are all friendly and helpful they are not particularly effective (maybe not well trained)? - for example housekeeping made the beds (on the days we called to have room serviced) but didn’t replace coffee cups and coffee pods (need to call front desks). The biggest issue affecting our stay was the incredibly loud party (music and light show) immediately below our room that went until midnight on our very first night. Sounded like the band was at the foot of our bed. Ruined the first night at the hotel and the next day we had a 5 hour tour of Ephesus on 5 hours of sleep. The response of guest relations (and I assume management) was: we have these events from time to time and there won’t be any more during your stay and we apologize. One of three nights ruined, the tour the next day challenging. No real effort to make good on the issue. This was also never mentioned at check-in - seems a good thing to give a heads up about - we have a very loud party with light show right below your room - want a different one? So, while a beautiful hotel make note that the hotel cares more about the events in the hotel and the revenue they generate than they do their guests.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but it didn’t fully meet our expectations. The mornings were by far the best part of our stay—the resort was peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxing by the beach. The views were beautiful, especially at sunrise, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety and quality. After around noon, however, the atmosphere became much busier with families and children, making it noticeably louder. We experienced two unfortunate incidents during our stay, but I appreciate that the hotel management handled them professionally. The hotel manager and the team apologized sincerely, and we appreciated their efforts to make things right. We stayed in the Family Room, which was spacious and comfortable. That was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. On the other hand, I was surprised that there wasn’t an espresso machine in the room. Instead, there were only basic tea bags and instant 3-in-1 coffee, which felt out of place for a premium resort. I was also disappointed with the bathroom amenities. The hotel only provided a 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner, which left my hair feeling quite dry. I expected higher-quality toiletries. Overall, while there were many things we genuinely enjoyed—especially the peaceful mornings, the beautiful views, the sunrise, and the breakfast—a few disappointing details kept it from being the premium resort experience we had hoped for.

The location is convenient and the staff was very nice. It's dated though, the carpet and furnishings are a bit worn. The building is roasting inside, they ought to use A/C in the common areas. Unfortunately on our first night my daughter went to take a bite of salad and a small green worm like insect crawled out of the end of a piece of parsley. This didn't seem to be common with the food, but it turned her off entirely to the fresh food buffets. Better quality control would be good.
