There is some sidereal distance between the way the hotel is advertised and the reality. Amenities almost non existing, very cheap tv and shower box, roadside motel toiletries, AC barely working, slowest elevator and don’t even try to get there with your own car. You are forced to parked 25 mins away (at extra cost) and then someone comes and pick you up. The are is nice but the hotel is simply and unequivocally overrated.

We received a warm welcome from Christina on arrival offering to store our luggage until the room was ready. We booked one of the Maurelli Suites which was disappointing being a large room with no comfortable chairs. The bed was very hard with pillows way past their best. In summary very much style over substance and we wouldn’t class as luxurious. Breakfast was Ok as was the bistro, the latter of which I wouldn’t recommend. The service was friendly but inefficient.

Wonderful hotel in the countryside. Nearing end of season, grounds need care. Excellent room with private patio and hot tub. Arrived late they provided appetizer plate of meats, cheeses and fruit. Would stay with family group.
